Time-based animation enables you to track the amount of time that has passed from the page load to update the creative as per the current frame.
To add time-based animation
Select the layer or object on the canvas and then double click on the timeframe to add a keyframe.
Select the final and intermediary keyframe to transform the layer.
Right click on the keyframe to select the desired easing effect.
