The Mobile TruSkin unit may not render correctly due to any of the following reasons:

Reason 1. You have opted for 'iframe' while creating a placement for the tag.

The Mobile TruSkin unit does not work in an iframe. Hence, when you create a placement for Mobile TruSkin please be sure to select ‘No’ in the option of ‘Supports iframe’.

Supports iframe - No

Reason 2. You have flighted the Mobile TruSkin ad tag on sites that are not certified to run the unit.

Mobile TruSkin unit is a custom unit that needs to be tested on the publisher's mobile sites. It cannot run on a non-certified publisher site.

Please reach out to the Customer Success Manager or Bonzai's Integration Manager if you wish to run the Mobile TruSkin unit on a non-certified publisher site.

Reason 3: You have changed the 'page type' settings of the Mobile TruSkin unit in the Studio Canvas

The default properties of the Mobile TruSkin takes care of ad serving on certified publishers.

If these settings are changed, the format may not render correctly. Please do not change these settings.

These settings should be used only when you want to create a Mobile TruSkin creative for a particular publisher outside the default specs.

However, you'll need to test the ad unit on the publisher's site. Also, the ad will not run on other certified publisher sites.

Reason 4: The certified site's structure has undergone a change post certification of the Mobile TruSkin

The Mobile TruSkin may not work correctly on a certified site if the structure of the site has undergone a change post certification. Any changes on the site's structure requires the format to be certified again.

Please contact the Bonzai Customer Success Manager or the Bonzai Integrations Manager, if you face any issues while rendering the ad.
