Animations are a visual sequence of an element placed on the canvas to create an illusion of movement, scale, or transformation. Canvas 2.0 automatically creates the animation when you modify the element position.
The canvas is the drawing area in which you can create or modify the creative.
Elements are the objects that you can drag and drop on the canvas. Some elements commonly used in the creative are buttons, hotspots, galleries, etc.
A keyframe is a special type of marker that contains the beginning or end of a transition for an element.
Properties are the details or attributes of an element. You can modify these attributes from the pane to develop a visually appealing creative.
Timeline organizes and controls the creative content over time in layers and frames. The timeline displays where animation would occur in the creative, and includes frame animation, tweened animation, and motion paths. Each workspace has the main timeline and provides an option to add multiple timelines.
Workspace refers to the grouping of the top bar, menu, timeline panel, canvas, properties pane, and events pane.
